RED Wizard Events & PR Strategists is a startup that would like to revolutionize events.
Software Engineer, Business Solutions Consultant, Technopreneur, and Mentor. Co-Founder and Chief Process Engineer for Spectres Solutions. Digital Strategist of RED, she's tackling the technical aspects of events management and client portfolios.
RJ was previously a part-time educator at the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) under the Information Systems Program, and also contributed to the Game Design and Development Program. Her contributions also include organizing and participating in events such trainings, hackathons, and other activities. Her other academic affiliations were Asia Pacific College (APC) and CIIT - College of Arts and Technology (formerly Cosmopoint International Institute of Technology).

Elaine started her career in BATIBOT as a Segment Producer & Floor Director right after College. She did several documentaries for the Children Summit during the late 90s. She started to her own Events Management company in 2003 and one of the spearhead organizer for CHILDREN NOW with The Office of the President for Special Affairs and UNESCO and applied for the Guinness World Records as the LONGEST FINGERPAINTING BY CHILDREN with over 3,000 participants.
She organized several events, directed concerts and handled stage & theater productions. In 2013, she was tap to be one of the Event Ambassadors for Angelhack Manila thus launching her career in organizing several Tech Events. Elaine is also a Hobbyist Photographer and have won awards in different photo contests such as Wikimedia, Nuvali, BGC & Standard Chartered.

Diego is a corporate executive of over 15 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations across multi-industries, from Healthcare, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical. He started his Technical Recruiting career in the spring of 2011 for the US market and pivoted to Executive and Technical Searches in Asia and US. He is Philippines’ first Event Ambassador to bring in an International Global Hackathon event in 2013, AngelHack, and Manila’s event was considered one of the most successful event globally.
He co-founded and organized Ripplrz, a reverse Hackathon event was cited to be the top 15th of 37 StartUps in Asia. In June 2014, together with a team of 2 junior students from Princeton University and a team of Developers and PR, they launched the most publicized, locally and internationally programming marathon in Philippine History that took their projects by NGOs to further their technology.
